• Freight Payable on Collection - Free   (SF Pickup)

• SF Express Estimate Rate is as follows:

      <1.0 kg - $5

      1 kg - 1.5 kg -$7

      1.5 kg - 2.0 kg - $8

       2.0 kg onwards - +$2 per 0.5 kg

Free Shipping to designated S.F. Express for orders of USD50 or more.

For orders below USD50, Freight is Payable on Collection.

How to return?

However, if any of the products received are deemed defective or a wrong shipment, Wu Yo Collection will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability and whilst we endeavor to ship a replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value or providing online store credits or any other methods at the discretion of Wu Yo Collection.

No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs, and excise charges levied for overseas orders for refunds or exchanged item(s).

Return & Exchange Policy

All the items are accepted within 14 working days of receipt of your package, the item must be returned in its original packaging and post

to us via email to inform the address.

Shipping fee is not refundable (in case there were any), as well as return shipping, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, if you paid for postage in your original order, it will be refunded along with the purchase price.

When the item has been returned to us, we will arrange for the total price to be refunded to your account.

 

Items will be shipped within 1-3 working days unless otherwise notified, delivery time is hard to predict usually it takes 7-20 working days, but can take as long as 6-8 weeks if there are customs or logistic delays, buyers are responsible for any customs charges.
